You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy - many of my clients come for personal development, stress management, or life transitions. Therapy is a tool that helps you develop the skills and awareness to curate a life you feel proud of.

  • It's completely normal to feel nervous. I approach every session with curiosity and respect - there's nothing you can say that I haven't heard or researched extensively. We move at your pace, and I'll always check in to make sure you feel comfortable and understood.

  • Our first session is about getting to know each other, building trust, and understanding what brings you here. We'll identify your strengths, set goals, and create a vision for what you want from therapy. You're in charge of the direction - I step in as your guide and strategist.

  • I'm licensed in both California and Texas, with a physical office in Austin, TX.

    I offer virtual sessions throughout both states. Most sessions are conducted virtually for flexibility.

  • Sessions are 50 minutes long.

    • Individual therapy: $175 per session

    • Couples therapy: $195 per session

  • I  accept most insurances and submit claims to your insurance company so you can obtain peace of mind.

  • I require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged the full session fee.

  • Yes, I'm currently accepting new clients for both individual and couples therapy.

  • Yes. Everything discussed in therapy is confidential, except in cases where there's a risk of harm to yourself or others, suspected abuse, or a court order. I take your privacy seriously and follow all HIPAA guidelines.

  • Therapy is a judgment-free space. I approach every conversation with curiosity, empathy, and respect. There's nothing you can say that will surprise me - I've worked with people from all walks of life and understand the complexity of human experience.

  • I create psychological safety by validating your feelings, respecting your boundaries, and building trust over time. You'll never be judged or rushed. I'm here as both your therapist and a fellow human sharing in the human experience.

  • I am not able to provide emergency or crisis services. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent support, please call 988, call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room. Once you are safe, we can talk about how therapy can support you moving forward.
